One provider for Voice, Network, Security, and Intercom. Faster troubleshooting because one team sees the full picture — no finger-pointing between vendors.
Guest data stays in-country. SIPPER's infrastructure — including call recordings and WiFi session logs — is hosted on Thai infrastructure, helping hotels meet PDPA requirements.
Voice & PBX
Yeastar P-Series IP PBX connects directly to your Property Management System (PMS) via FIAS/HAPI protocol — enabling room-to-room calls, automated wake-up calls, minibar posting, and front desk operator features without a third-party middleware.
Yeastar P-Series integrates with Opera, Protel, Cloudbeds, and other PMS systems. Room check-in/out controls extensions automatically. Wake-up calls, call charges, and minibar entries post directly to the PMS.
Yealink hotel phones (T19P-E2, T21P-E2) for guest rooms. DECT handsets for housekeeping and maintenance staff. Front desk with multi-line operator phones (T48U, T54W).
SIPPER SIP Trunk connects the PBX to the PSTN. Direct-dial room numbers (DDI) let guests receive calls without going through reception. Calling charges reported per room.
Network & WiFi
Guests expect fast, reliable WiFi in every room and common area. SIPPER designs an IPTV-ready network with VLANs separating guest, staff, and management traffic — with a branded captive portal for check-in authentication.
UniFi U6 In-Wall and U6-Pro access points provide per-room WiFi coverage with automatic band steering and roaming. Central management via UniFi Network Controller with per-SSID bandwidth limits.
Branded captive portal with PMS integration — guests authenticate using their room number and last name. Session time and bandwidth controlled per room category. PDPA-compliant session logging.
Structured cabling and VLAN design supports IPTV delivery alongside data and voice traffic. Separate multicast VLAN for IPTV with IGMP snooping configured on PoE switches.
Security & Access Control
Akuvox IP video door phones and access control integrate directly with the Yeastar PBX — guests can see and speak to the front desk from the room, and staff can grant access remotely. CCTV systems cover public areas and entry points.
Akuvox R20A and E12W video intercom panels at building entrance and floor lobbies. SIP integration with the Yeastar PBX lets front desk answer door calls from any phone. Remote door release with access log.
FortiGate firewall protects hotel's network perimeter. Separate security zones for guest WiFi, back-office, POS, and PMS systems. IPS, web filtering, and application control included.
IP camera coverage for lobby, corridors, parking, and pool areas. NVR-based recording with 30-day retention. Remote viewing via mobile app for property manager and security staff.

Yeastar P-Series integrates with Opera (Oracle), Protel, Cloudbeds, Fidelio, and any PMS that supports FIAS or HAPI protocol. SIPPER verifies compatibility before deployment. If your PMS is not listed, ask us — most modern hotel systems support FIAS.
Yes. SIPPER designs WiFi capacity for full occupancy plus 20% headroom. Each access point handles 30–60 concurrent devices. Bandwidth management prevents individual guests from consuming excessive bandwidth.
Yes. SIPPER manages the full installation — structured cabling design, conduit, patch panel installation, and cable testing. For renovation projects, we work within existing cabling where possible and replace only what's needed.
Yes. UniFi Network Controller and Yeastar multi-site features allow centralized management of multiple properties from a single dashboard. Firewall policies, WiFi profiles, and PBX configurations can be standardized and deployed across all sites.
A typical 100-room hotel deployment takes 4–8 weeks: 1 week site survey and design, 1–2 weeks procurement, 2–4 weeks installation and cabling, 1 week testing and handover. Timeline depends on existing infrastructure and building access.
