PMS Integration (FIAS/HAPI)

Yeastar P-Series integrates with Opera, Protel, Cloudbeds, and other PMS systems. Room check-in/out controls extensions automatically. Wake-up calls, call charges, and minibar entries post directly to the PMS.

Branded captive portal with PMS integration — guests authenticate using their room number and last name. Session time and bandwidth controlled per room category. PDPA-compliant session logging.

IPTV-Ready Network Design

Structured cabling and VLAN design supports IPTV delivery alongside data and voice traffic. Separate multicast VLAN for IPTV with IGMP snooping configured on PoE switches.

Door intercom, access control, and CCTV

Akuvox IP video door phones and access control integrate directly with the Yeastar PBX — guests can see and speak to the front desk from the room, and staff can grant access remotely. CCTV systems cover public areas and entry points.

Which PMS systems does the Yeastar PBX integrate with?

Yeastar P-Series integrates with Opera (Oracle), Protel, Cloudbeds, Fidelio, and any PMS that supports FIAS or HAPI protocol. SIPPER verifies compatibility before deployment. If your PMS is not listed, ask us — most modern hotel systems support FIAS.

Can the WiFi system handle peak occupancy (100% rooms connected)?

Yes. SIPPER designs WiFi capacity for full occupancy plus 20% headroom. Each access point handles 30–60 concurrent devices. Bandwidth management prevents individual guests from consuming excessive bandwidth.

Do you handle structured cabling for new hotel builds?

Yes. SIPPER manages the full installation — structured cabling design, conduit, patch panel installation, and cable testing. For renovation projects, we work within existing cabling where possible and replace only what's needed.
