A set of AI-powered features built directly into the P-Series PBX firmware. Call transcription, call summary, voicemail-to-text, neural TTS, and AI Receptionist are available without installing additional software or subscribing to third-party AI services. SIPPER deploys on our Pure VoIP Network in Thailand — dedicated voice infrastructure with SIP Trunk bundled.

Core Voice AI features are included in the P-Series Enterprise and Ultimate plans. Neural TTS is free in both plans. Call Transcription and Summary usage is billed by transcription minutes with a free trial available. No separate AI platform subscription is needed.

Which editions support which AI features?

Cloud and Software editions support the full AI suite: Call Transcription, Call Summary, Voicemail-to-Text, Neural TTS, WebSocket streaming, and Call Flow Designer. The Appliance edition supports Neural TTS, Voicemail Transcription, and Call Flow Designer, but does not include Call Transcription, Call Summary, or WebSocket streaming.
