System Integration — End-to-End IT Project Delivery

SIPPER delivers IT projects from start to finish — requirements gathering, solution design, multi-brand procurement, professional installation, testing, and documented handover. Network, voice, security, and server projects across all scales.

System Integration Overview

One integrator for the complete project

System Integration projects fail when too many vendors are involved without a single accountable party. SIPPER acts as the prime SI — responsible for the complete project outcome, coordinating across disciplines (Network, Voice, Security, Server) under one contract.

Multi-Brand, Multi-Discipline

SIPPER works with Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, UniFi, Dell, HPE, Yealink, Yeastar, Akuvox, and more. No single-brand lock-in — we recommend the right brand for each project requirement and budget.

Project Pricing: ฿30K–฿1M+

SIPPER handles projects from small office upgrades (฿30,000) to large enterprise infrastructure deployments (฿1,000,000+). Fixed-price quotation with clear scope — no surprise costs after project start.

Certified Engineering Team

SIPPER holds all 9 Yeastar certification tracks (YSCE highest), 3CX Advanced Certified Engineer V20, FortiGate NSE, and Cisco networking certifications. Multi-discipline expertise on one team.

SI Process

Structured project delivery from brief to handover

SIPPER's SI process follows a structured methodology — every project goes through the same phases, documented at each stage. You always know where the project stands.

Phase 1: Requirements & Design

SIPPER conducts site survey, interviews stakeholders, and documents technical requirements. Solution architecture and equipment list are presented for approval before any procurement begins. Design includes network diagrams and rack layout.

Phase 2: Procurement & Pre-Configuration

SIPPER procures all equipment through authorized channels with full warranty. Hardware is pre-configured and bench-tested at SIPPER's office before shipping to site — reducing on-site installation time and risk.

Phase 3: Installation, Testing & Handover

Professional installation by SIPPER engineers. Acceptance testing against agreed specifications. Full documentation package at handover: as-built diagrams, equipment list, IP address table, password records, and warranty certificates.

Project Scope

What SIPPER system integration covers

SIPPER handles projects across four primary domains — Network Infrastructure, Voice & UC, Security, and Server & Storage. Most projects involve two or more domains delivered under a single SI contract.

Network Infrastructure

Structured cabling, patch panels, core/distribution/access switch deployment (Cisco, H3C, UniFi), WiFi design and installation, VLAN and routing configuration, SD-WAN deployment.

Voice & UC

IP PBX deployment (Yeastar P-Series, 3CX), SIP Trunk provisioning, IP phone installation and provisioning, contact center configuration, MS Teams Direct Routing via Ribbon SBC.

Security & Server

Firewall deployment (FortiGate, Sophos, Cisco), VPN configuration, server installation (Dell, HPE, Lenovo), RAID and OS setup, Active Directory, backup solution deployment.

FAQ

Common questions about system integration

Do you handle government and corporate tender projects?

Yes. SIPPER participates in government and corporate procurement processes including direct quotation, reverse auction, and tender submission. SIPPER is a registered company in Thailand with full tax documentation. Contact us early in the process to register as a supplier.

Can SIPPER work alongside our existing IT team?

Yes. SIPPER frequently works as the SI contractor alongside an organization's internal IT team. We handle design and installation; your team handles day-to-day operations. Knowledge transfer and documentation are included so your team can manage the system after handover.

What warranty do you provide on installed equipment?

Equipment is sold with manufacturer warranty (typically 1–3 years depending on brand and product). SIPPER provides a 90-day installation warranty on workmanship. Extended managed service contracts are available for ongoing support beyond the warranty period.

How do you handle projects in upcountry locations?

SIPPER deploys to all provinces in Thailand. For upcountry projects, equipment is pre-configured at SIPPER's Bangkok office before shipment. On-site installation is done by SIPPER engineers who travel to site, or by certified local partners in the region.

What is included in the project documentation?

SIPPER provides a complete documentation package at handover: as-built network diagrams, equipment inventory with serial numbers, IP address table, VLAN table, firewall rule summary, password records (in sealed envelope), warranty certificate copies, and vendor support contact list.
