IT Solutions for Multi-Branch Organizations

Manage all your branches from one platform. SIPPER delivers SD-WAN with FortiGate, centralized Cloud PBX with branch extensions, standardized switch and WiFi configurations, VPN interconnection, and a single management dashboard across every site.

Multi-Branch IT Overview

Consistent IT experience across every location

Multi-branch organizations face a common challenge: each branch has different IT, making support, training, and management inconsistent. SIPPER standardizes your branch IT stack — same firewall model, same switch model, same WiFi config, same PBX extensions — reducing complexity and support cost.

Retail Chains & Franchise Networks

SIPPER deploys standardized IT templates across retail chains, franchise outlets, bank branches, and service networks. New branch opening follows a documented runbook — deployment time per branch reduced to 1–2 days.

Standardized Branch Template

Every branch gets the same FortiGate model, same switch, same WiFi access point, and same PBX extension range. Configuration is templated — SIPPER deploys from a tested baseline and customizes only branch-specific settings.

Single Security Policy Across All Branches

FortiGate SD-WAN with centralized FortiManager enforces the same security policy at every branch. Web filtering, application control, and IPS rules updated from HQ. Branches cannot change security settings independently.

SD-WAN & VPN

FortiGate SD-WAN for reliable branch connectivity

SIPPER deploys FortiGate at every branch with SD-WAN configuration — dual WAN links (fiber + 4G backup) with automatic failover. All branches connect back to HQ via IPsec VPN tunnel, creating a private network for POS, ERP, and PBX traffic.

SD-WAN with Dual WAN Failover

FortiGate SD-WAN at each branch uses primary fiber and 4G LTE backup. If the fiber link fails, traffic automatically switches to 4G within seconds. VoIP, POS, and critical applications stay online during ISP outages.

IPsec VPN Hub-and-Spoke

All branches connect to HQ via IPsec VPN tunnels managed by FortiGate. POS transactions, ERP access, and internal applications traverse the private VPN — not the public internet. Branch-to-branch calls go over VPN for free internal calls.

QoS for VoIP Across WAN

SIPPER configures QoS on FortiGate to prioritize VoIP traffic over WAN links. Even on a congested 4G backup link, voice calls remain clear. Traffic shaping applied per application type.

Centralized Voice

One PBX for all branches with local extensions

Yeastar P-Series Cloud PBX serves all branches from a central instance on SIPPER's Pure VoIP Network. Each branch gets its own DID numbers and extension range. Internal calls between branches are free. The HQ team can transfer calls to any branch extension.

Centralized PBX with Branch Extensions

One Yeastar instance manages all extensions across all branches. Branch staff use local DID numbers for inbound calls, while internal calls between branches use 3-4 digit extensions at no cost. Auto-attendant can route calls to any branch.

Same IP Phone Model at Every Branch

Standardize on one Yealink phone model across all branches. Staff transferring between branches find the same interface. Phone replacement is simple — SIPPER pre-configures and ships a replacement that auto-provisions on plug-in.

Linkus App for Branch Managers

Branch managers use the Linkus mobile app as a softphone — same extension works in-office or when visiting other branches. Call transfer, conference, and voicemail access from any location.

Central Management

Manage all branches from one dashboard

UniFi Network Controller and FortiManager provide centralized visibility across all branch networks. SIPPER monitors all sites from a single dashboard and pushes configuration updates without visiting each branch.

Centralized Network Monitoring

SIPPER monitors all branch switches, access points, and firewalls from a single NOC dashboard. Alerts trigger on device offline, high bandwidth, or security events. Monthly report covers all branches in one document.

Remote Config Push

Security policy updates, WiFi SSID changes, firewall rules, and QoS settings are pushed to all branches simultaneously from FortiManager. No engineer needs to travel to each branch for routine changes.

New Branch Rollout Runbook

SIPPER documents a standard branch opening runbook — hardware checklist, configuration script, and acceptance test. A new branch can be brought online by a local technician following the runbook, with SIPPER validating remotely.

FAQ

Common questions about multi-branch IT

How many branches can SIPPER manage?

SIPPER has no hard branch limit. The infrastructure scales — FortiManager supports thousands of FortiGate devices, UniFi Controller manages thousands of access points, and Yeastar P-Series handles hundreds of extensions across multiple locations.

What happens if a branch loses internet connectivity?

FortiGate SD-WAN automatically switches to the 4G LTE backup link within seconds of a primary ISP failure. VoIP calls continue, POS transactions continue, and ERP access continues on the backup link. Staff at the branch may not notice the failover.

Can branch staff make free calls to HQ and other branches?

Yes. All branches connect via VPN to the centralized Yeastar PBX. Internal calls between any extensions — regardless of which branch they are at — are free and clear. The PSTN is only used for external calls.

How long does it take to open a new branch?

With SIPPER's standardized branch template, hardware is pre-configured at SIPPER's office before shipment. On-site installation and cabling takes 1–2 days depending on branch size. Remote provisioning and testing is done by SIPPER after physical installation.

Can you manage branches in different cities or regions?

Yes. SIPPER manages branches across Thailand remotely. On-site visits for initial installation are done by SIPPER engineers or trusted local partners in each region. Ongoing management is fully remote.
